  This was the worst experience I have ever had with the worst bedside manner doctor in the ER with Dr. Mason. I came in the ambulance from a very destructive car accident. The doctor was inappropriate exposing my personal information out loud at the nurses station as they laughed as he humiliated me. I called for the nurse three to four times and I was ignored I was left there with a neck brace having puke come up my throat and they all ignore the nurse button.call At one point I waited 30 minutes. I had many injuries and not only did he not treat it but he failed to give me the appropriate care. The things he did was completely unethical, strippef me for my dignity. he sent me walking out the door in severe pain and refused for me to be escorted out in a wheelchair which was appropriate for my condition as I requested because of my pain level and because of me throwing up all day and being very fatigued and extremely dizzy. I was close to collapsing and he refuse three times to get me wheeled from my room to the front entrance where I was going to get picked up .Not even dogs or pets get treated that way. It wasn't very inhumane what he did. It was the most traumatic experience of my life and I will never step foot into that hospital ever again! This deserves no stars at all. I had to go seek medical attention somewhere else where they did a much finer job and further testing and discovered severe and Serious injuries that needed immediate attention and care. I am disgusted with Doctor Mason and the ER staff.

  I have been here for Twelve hours at emergency room with my husband, we are in the hallway and the nurses are not helpful at all. The Doctor took 7 hrs to come and see him with the severe pain. At 1 am almost 12 hrs in emergency he did a CT scanned they kept us 2 hrs before the job was done, now we still in the hallway waiting for the results it's been one hour and no one has seen us, my husband needed to use the toilet and I had to help him on a duty bathroom. We pay $2000.00 dls a month, the same amount of my mortgage for these miserable service. Sorry but I think that Baptist Hospital as bigger as they get they are not given the service of a human need Yuby Cartes
