  Took an intro class with Alissa today. I was nervous because I’ve never done Pilates before and I knew I would need modifications. Alissa was a phenomenal instructor… super kind, helpful with modifications, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. So much so, that I signed up for the membership and am looking forward to my next class!

  This is by far the worst studio experience I’ve ever had. There is absolutely zero customer care. I was late twice by about 10 minutes because parking near the studio is extremely difficult — often you have to wait for someone to leave. Despite driving 40 minutes each way, I was not allowed in. That is not customer care. I accidentally purchased a membership and later requested to cancel it since I never used it. The studio refused and told me I would still be charged for all three months. The only response I received was: “It’s company policy.” In 2026, businesses should care about their clients — not just collect money while ignoring customer experience. I would not recommend this studio.

  Hot Pilates anyone ? My 2nd class at this location. At first it was super warm and then body was loving it. Def got what I came for; body was shakin 😩😝🥵 took reformer flow 1.5 with Jossie. My abs are tight 🥰🫶 can’t wait to the next class!
