  I joined Club Pilates about two months ago in Miami Shores it was okay. I didn’t think the studio was great. The lighting in the studio was very poor but they do have good instructors but today I decided to cancel my membership because of a very rude person that works there that answered the phone. I had a class scheduled today for 5 o’clock and I called after lunch and said I had a family emergency with my mother and I was not able to make it. Could I please just change my class to Wednesday and the girl that on the phone was so incredibly rude didn’t even ask. I hope your mother is going to be okay just said I’m sorry. No we can’t. We don’t do that so as of today I’ve cancelled my membership with Club Pilates. They need to learn about customer service. That’s not how you treat your customers. I’ve already joined another Pilates studio in Miami Shores so just for people to know beware of customer service cause it’s not very good there especially some people they have answering the phone without your customers you don’t have a business

  Took an intro class with Alissa today. I was nervous because I’ve never done Pilates before and I knew I would need modifications. Alissa was a phenomenal instructor… super kind, helpful with modifications, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. So much so, that I signed up for the membership and am looking forward to my next class!
