  The care from this team was truly outstanding. If you’re in the area and have an emergency with your child, I highly recommend coming here. Rodlyne Francois-Johnson was amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We’re extremely grateful for her. I couldn’t believe how amazing she was! The nurses, Yusimy and Lea, were phenomenal and treated my son with so much care and compassion. Herman, the radiology tech, was also excellent—professional and reassuring. Overall, an incredible team. We’re very thankful for the level of care we received. Recommend 1000%

The staff was incredibly kind, professional and attentive with my daughter. They made a stressful situation so much easier and we felt truly cared for.   I went to Nicklaus children’s as I know they accept until 21 years of age. I had a sore throat and high fever since the day before. I had a lack of sleep and wasn’t feeling my best so I wanted to be heard. I was waiting in the exam room for more than 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor in less than 3 minutes. While the doctor was still in the room we get a knock at the door with the discharge papers. What if they saw some other sign or symptom? How did they already have a diagnosis without giving me a full checkup? I work with medical students as a standardized patient to help them practice to be future physicians and was so shocked by the lack of attention and care I felt I was given. It seemed that if I didn’t have Covid, flu, or strep any other symptom or concern I had didn’t matter. I hope years of experience may not make healthcare workers complacent but may they continue to give everyone the care and attention they deserve.
