You go looking for guidance and opinions from the experts and the dr was all vague in her answers like she didnt know. I hope this was one time as this is supposed to take a really good care of childrens
- NSNelianne SotoDec 30, 20252.0We have been here twice with our son. The first time we went during Thanksgiving we had nothing but amazing things to say. The nurses and doctor was amazing. However, we went again on Christmas Eve and our experience was horrible. The nurse that did our intake was RUDE and super rushed. The doctor came in and did not want to do an exam on our son even though he has a 102 fever. We had to push for an exam and when he did do the exam he was super rushed. I understand it was a holiday and they wanted to go home but we would have not gone unless there was really something wrong with our son. Really disappointed with our experience during Christmas Eve. I hope that the doctors working during the holidays are more patient with parents and more understanding.
