Convenient due to distance from home and after hours. No one wants to have a sick child but it happens as part of life. This review is for billing but it starts at the office. Because at the office they take the information and charge for copays. Moms, please, keep the receipts and claim. Months later they still want to charge you again for whatever you've already paid. When you try to address the issue they say to disregard the bill. And if you're paying out of pocket, they still bill the insurance and bill you as well again.

I recently took my son to this urgent care for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff, nurses, and doctors were all incredibly thorough, friendly, and thoughtful. I will be sure to visit this location again if ever needed for my children in the future.

Trying to call about an inquiry on an ultrasound that was suppose to be sent but never was sent to my php has been impossible. I’ve been transferred like 7 times and everytime I’m just met with the same ai bot prompt to press a number for an extension when none of the extensions even apply to what I’m calling for. Now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes, mind you it’s 9 am on a Thursday there’s no way they are that busy that they can’t pick up. Everyone I speak to says they’ll transfer me just for it to transfer to another dial this number prompt. Literally no end to this and all because of a mistake they made that now I have to take charge of.
