    I had an amazing experience with this laboratory! Every person there is very pleasant, friendly and attentive, trying you to help. Especially I am grateful to Anna, who helped me with my insurance coverage and helped to choose the best option to not be overcharged. I really appreciate it. And everything took me only 15 minutes since my appointment time. So it was very fast.

    Very modern Lab facility. Was very impressed with the checking in that lets you take scans of your insurance card and id. Then they have a huge TV setup to show the patients initials and time of appointment. So you know exactly how many people there are ahead of you. They also have thought of those folks that have their lab order on their phone. They have an email that you can send to. Only bad thing is that there is no cell service in the building because of the garage above. So make sure you print out your lab order before or you will have to step outside the building to email them.

    Herbert is wonderful. He is there early and works to accommodate as best he can for all appointments. He sees to it that you are cared for and have your questions answered.

    I went to Quest Labs today for extensive blood work, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to Fidel. He is truly one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever encountered. His technique was so skilled and gentle that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all, which is rare with large blood draws. Fidel is not only highly talented, but also professional, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone needing lab work. Thank you, Fidel, for your outstanding care!

    I highly appreciated the phone call received by the director following the under described experience. The manager was extremely caring and explained clearly quest policies and understood my concerns. Quest, upper upper management needs to adress a better process than just wet water paper. I understand the scare of liability. Thank you for reaching out and having this discussion was constructive . My husband past out while being drawn blood, I am shocked of the little reaction besides putting water on his forehead. And they were looking at him in silence. They called me in while I was walking to get my urine test. Not even before that !!! I was in another room having blood drawn as well. Staff was either preparing for their lunch, in their rest room, vacating to their business and the gentleman with us was listening to my request, he was frozen not knowing what to do. I had to ask for blood pressure being monitored, I had to ask for anything to eat that they do not have, I got the idea to ask of they had sugar that I mixed with water, I put his legs up. He was drenched sweating like after a 5 K. A lady came and said if he has palpitations it is not good and left. I AM STUNNED by how things were poorly handled l, I am not a nurse and knew more what to do !!!! I loved to see that their lunch and phones were more important. Do they even have a training or process 🤔 if this happens or of someone has a something worst !! I was handed a cup telling me the fountain is at the end of the corridor !!!! I DREAM of places to be phone free for staff and bring back training or at least have one person trained in case something goes south !!!!!
