Not only did I call 8 times with no response, when I picked up the sunglasses the quality was the same as the junk from the dollar store. Amazingly, I found out later that ForEyes manufactures the sunglasses themselves yet still costs $400, which is the maximum for what my insurance allows. The case they gave me was for Ralph Lauren, which was not the brand of the actual sunglasses, and the only way the sunglasses fit in the case is if they are positioned in a way that will scratch the lens. They offered to switch cases for a ForEyes brand, but said the case would be too small for the sunglasses anyway. I plan on investigating with the CMS.
