  Important! Call your insurance to make sure you are in-network. When you get there the admin says we take pretty much all insurance. Normally a place like this would know immediately if they took your insurance. I was being called in while I was on the phone with Florida Blue a major insurance company and they said they were not in network. I feel this is a bit unethical for them not to know whether they take your insurance and then see you.

  From a very wonderful Ashley at the front desk with a smile on her face... To the nurse's you will receive a very welcoming they are quick and very caring for all people that enter for medical care The doctors are the best I've seen in a very long time great job BAPTIST HEALTH CARE SOUTH BEACH ⛱️🏖️⛱️🏖️ They took great care of me I'm very happy

  Excellent service and I was seen a few minutes after I arrived. I'm a former Baptist patient but was here on vacation and needed to go to the urgent care. As always, Baptist delivered the best care, nice facilities and a joyous experience despite of the reason to be seen.

  I visited urgent care because I had severe pain on the top of my foot and could not tie it to any injury or fall. I had x-rays which came out negative. The most fabulous part of this visit was it was freezing in the urgent care lobby I was shaking uncontrollably. I was so cold and the receptionist-I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn’t went into the back and got a warm blanket and gave it to me. He literally saved me from walking out the door in severe pain. I was so grateful to him as it was the personal care that mattered so much. The x-ray tech was also great.

  I busted my knee and could not walk. Went to Baptist urgent care and they people could not have been kinder. The front desk helped with the paperwork and checkin as I really could not walk. The wait was minimal and orderly. Once I got to the back I was instantly taken care of by a nurse not a tech and all my problems were addressed. The doctor reviewed all the possibilities and I have the right people to contact for follow up. The addressed my pain and mobility issues. I left with crutches and a brace. I also go lessons by Josh my nurse on how to use the crutches. Both Josh and Guy who took care of me were friendly and attentive My coverage was addressed, but my only complaint is the actual cost of the services was not presented. I do feel whether covered or not by insurance the bill for the services should be presented up front. I put that on administration and not the wonderful providers who took care of me.
