  Their Urgent care is a 4 hr wait in an empty McDonalds drive through. Skip it or go somewhere else if you can. Foctors put the caste on the WRONG arm. I had been there for hours with an overtired baby so by the time they put the caste on, I had mentally checked out. It wasn’t until we got home and hours later that I realized they put it on the wrong arm and we had to go back. Inexperienced, air headed staff. I will drive farther next time to hopefully find professionals who care about what they do and genuinely want to help/ add value to their patients. I feel like I just went to McDonald’s and spent half the day in the drive through waiting for my order to be wrong. Skip baptist if you can!

  Stay away!!!! Had to wait 3 months to get an appointment with Dr Ouellette and then they overbooked so bad that I waited 3 hours and had to cancel because I wasn’t going to have enough time to pick my kids up from daycare. They made it feel like it was my fault, didn’t apologize and said I could wait 2 more months to get their next available appointment. I have the best private insurance and this is my experience. American healthcare system is so broken. Ugh!!!
