I would have given five stars but somehow when people entered my information in the system initially, they got my last name spelled wrong also my middle name. I don't remember giving them a middle name but they may have gotten it from my driver license. How do you look at someone's driver license and then spelled the name wrong? Given that we are made to enter our own information many times going through the process before a scan, why wouldn't the system take the spelling that the PATIENT uses, rather than some mistaken spelling that a staff member uses? That said, a woman at the front desk that morning was excellent and got me checked in quickly and settled up my account. The guy who did the scan for me was also extremely professional and explained everything perfectly. You need to have staff members be more careful with names because I could not log into the portal to check for my results and had to call the support number.

Me tocó esperar aprox.

Did an MRI here and it was my first time nobody explained anything I asked the tech why I needed an IV and she said my MRI was ordered with contrast and without contrast and I asked her what is going in the IV and she said a rare metal found on earth. I didn’t think much of it. after I got out, I searched it up and it’s gadolinium. Had I been educated on this by the doctor and tech I would’ve opted out. I woke up with swollen hands and feet. I feel like I got poisoned for life because it does not leave your system as they claim. it will stay in your soft tissue and your brain and cause numerous issues.

Hello, I had an MRI at Baptist Health Miami Beach yesterday and would like to share my experience. First and foremost, I want to thank the diagnostic center team for being so welcoming and attentive. My English is still limited, and I was nervous about communicating, but everything was explained to me in detail and everyone was so kind — I truly felt your care, thank you. The facility was clean and well-kept. Before the procedure, everything was thoroughly explained to me. I was covered with a warm blanket, and after the procedure I was offered juice and snacks and told what to do next. I left with a wonderful impression of the clinic and am very grateful to the entire team. Wishing you all the best!
