  "Five stars for the amazing woman who did my labs Saturday 3/28/26 💐 "I want to commend a specific employee at the quest diagnostic branch off Babcock Melbourne. While I didn't catch her name, (I'm bad with names)she mentioned having a 4-month-old baby. She provided an exceptional experience; her technique was flawless, and her personality was incredibly kind and radiant. Employees like her make the medical process so much easier for patients. Please ensure she is recognized for her excellent work!!🥰 I'm honestly so glad I met her. I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically to request her! 🌹 Location- Extremely clean and very sanitary

  Love going to this lab as always in and out with an appointment some places you have an appointment and have to wait so far have been lucky always a pleasant trip.

  Savanna was wonderful!! My veins in my arms are very hard to find so they normally get my blood samples from my hands and that is painful. Savanna was thinking out of the box and found a nice vein on the back of my arm. Thank you that wasn’t painful at all. 😃

  I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at this location. We were there today with my high anxiety 10 year old. Debbie and Tommi helped make her experience efficient, calm and better than we’ve experienced before. You guys are amazing! 🤩

  I always come here for lab work and I will say this was the 1st time I had a poor experience and for that I can't ignore those you hire to reprrsent your lab test site. I don't recall the guy's name but he was short, has curly hair, looks Hispanic and had pink pants on. He was such in a rush when drawing my blood, he was not gentle and seemed impatient. He did like 5 tubes and only showed me 1 with my name on it. Normally they show me all the tubes. I also had to do additional testing and he was rushing through it. When i had to do the test again, he made me do it in the hallway!!!! It was so frustrating. This is the 1st time I see him so I'm sure he's new. He was not good and hopefully I don't come across him again. Being impatient as a phlebotomist is not a good look.
