My experience this time was absolutely great. Only issue was I asked to use the bathroom and they said you're welcome here it is when they should have asked me do you have to give a urine specimen because when I walked into have my blood drawn they said you have to give a urine so they no way I just gave it all to the bathroom. Just a small suggestion.
check in was not straightforward, the system was glitching. I received a patient waiting room number and sat down to wait. 45 minutes later, a clinician came out from the back and rudely asked who was number "so and so" and I said that was me, thinking it was my turn finally. She said no, you didn't check in correctly and you have to check in correctly BEFORE you can be added to the waiting list! And she wasn't nice about it. I started to tell her that it was the check in tablet, not me, and she cut me off and made me come over to "show me" how to do it right. Which was done in a tone like I'm the misbehaving child and she was the authority figure. So because I had already spent 45 minutes of my time I didn't want to just walk out as was my first gut reaction and I let her check me in again which resulted in everyone in the waiting room staring at me and additional wait time. Then, I get several bills by email from them for this one service (not one bill, multiple bills!) which I cannot even open online, their online system sends you a bill but you can't look at what they are billing you for? 40 minutes on hold to call them and find out more information. They can't tell me on the phone any info but will send me copies of the bill which will take up to 4 days by email and up to 10 days by regular mail. This is actually the third time I have gotten horrible customer service from them in the past couple of years but it is definitely, definitively, the last.
The person who greeted me on April 31st at the Oaks center was all business, extremely efficient, and had the energy of someone who was working as fast as she could to get to someplace else. She was not nice. At no point did she ever tell me her name, or do anything to make me feel at ease, nor invite me to sit down. No, she was full of directives. She spoke to me as if I was a 5 year old with ADHD - maybe she has that at home. I was experiencing a pinched nerve in my low back, it was difficult for me to sit and relax, standing is better for me . Yet she told me twice to sit down. While she was drawing my blood tears welled up inside of me but she was so insensitive to me that I don't think she even noticed. I chose to tell myself that I didn't know what she was dealing with in her world that she could be acting the was she was. I chose to remember that Jesus always said to love and to forgive. So I just kept my heart open and sent love to her. I really hope that she gets to read this review and think about how her energy affects others. If I have to come back to Quest for further tests I will most likely chose a different location.

Second time at the facility. First time I had Angel and she was great. This time I had Marie and she was also great.

I had 1 vial of blood drawn 8 days ago. I've had a huge painful bruise ever since, extending half of my forearm and slightly on my upper arm. Still cannot fully extend my arm without pain. The phlebotomist was nice, but she either hit a nerve or tendon, I have never had issues with pain/bruising after a blood draw. I do not recommend this location.
