Absolutely incredible classes and staff! I haven't done yoga in years and it took one class for me to fall right back in love. The instructors are great and the sensory experience was phenomenal. Would highly recommend!

i tried a 3 / 36 offer… saw online through the CVS app they offer a 3 / 26 offer… called the lady said that wasn’t a thing or valid promo? (weird) she offered a free class since i called them out on it and i gave it a go. i decided the place was not for me. instructor doesn’t go any slower or explain any movements to new guests and just expects you to know what’s going on and how to follow along. (might of been on me for not doing any research but still didn’t feel too welcome as a newbie) the front desk could be better about explaining the different types of classes. an older Karen in the lobby also said to me out loud in front of everyone that “well if this class was difficult for you, good luck with other classes..” how odd and discouraging of a comment to make on my first ever class lol. not very “namaste” 😅 i called back a few days later and explained it wasn’t going to be for me and i wanted to cancel my 3 / 36 offer. this was on last week of thursday and i have yet to hear back from a manager when i was told twice she would be calling me back. not only that but i woke up with a $15 charge taken from my account, i’ve called the up most of 10 times and they keep denying / not answering my calls. the manager finally reached out after over a week of playing phone tag and did a lot of “damage control” over the phone. didn’t feel too genuine. i was super disappointed and i for sure, don’t know if i will ever be returning now. i want to try again but yikes, what a weird first encounter.

Front Desk Staff: 5/5 They know your name and always use it to greet you, they smile all the time, they are genuinely helpful. The friendliest greeters you will ever meet. I have had to freeze and unfreeze my membership because of family illness, and they were always understanding and accommodating. Bathrooms: 5/5 Always clean and well stocked with hair ties and good smelling body products. A very nice personal touch! Yoga Room: 4/5 Always cleaned between classes. Cleaning sprays and cloths to wipe equipment. Plentiful props to use. The floor is cushioned and has a pleasant give. Light placement around the perimeter of the room is not ideally directed and shines straight down. This makes it unpleasant to be in the front, or anywhere along the perimeter of the room. The mat markers are a bit too close together. The heat could be hotter, especially in the classes where movement is slower. Originally, when I signed up in November of 2024, they said they would do both hot and warm classes. I guess they have opted for only warm. Schedule/Instructors: 4.5/5 The schedule is pretty diverse, and they do keep adding new and different classes. They listen to feedback and really try to accommodate the members. I know they have to stick to the Yoga6 offerings, which can be a little limiting in format, and I was expecting a little more heat. As for the instructors, they are all accommodating, and just like the front desk staff, they are very friendly and inviting. They take a lot of time before and after class to talk to the members. Many of them are very seasoned, long time yoga instructors, and it shows in their masterful teaching skills. Even one of the newest instructors, Kelly, who recently trained with Yoga6 does a really great express class that I will continue to take! For me, the location and the ability to take midday classes are a plus. The price is either in line or less expensive than other yoga studios. It's a no-brainer to give them my business.

Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 10 years. I recently moved to Florida and I am very happy I found a place I relax my brain. My body is happy as well. I have classes with Celia, Bernice, and Young. They have different styles, but each one is amazing in their own way.
