  I want to share a truly positive experience after helping my mom replace her dentures — especially because finding dental care in Brevard County lately has been far more challenging than it should be. My mom had been struggling with her dentures slipping badly, especially during allergy flare-ups, and she was understandably anxious about having to replace them. I initially hoped a simple reline might solve the issue to avoid major cost and stress. When I contacted several denture providers locally, I was honestly discouraged. Most interactions felt rushed, indifferent, and unhelpful. Even basic questions about options or pricing were often brushed off, which made the process feel overwhelming. When I contacted Dr. Hook, the experience was completely different. He spent considerable time explaining where my mom’s existing dentures stood, why relining a 9–10-year-old set would likely fail, and what realistic next steps looked like. That level of patience and clarity immediately stood out. We scheduled an appointment for early February, but I had a flat tire that day and couldn’t make it. Jeannie in the office was incredibly kind and accommodating in helping us reschedule quickly. When we came in the following week, we were greeted warmly and treated with genuine care. Even without insurance, the cost of new dentures was very reasonable — actually less than what I had previously paid elsewhere with coverage. The entire process was smooth and efficient. They could have completed everything in just a few days; we waited about a week only because of my work schedule. When we picked them up, Dr. Hook made sure the fit was correct and that my mom was comfortable before we left. The office itself is a bit dated, but it’s clean, welcoming, and perfectly functional. What matters most is the honesty, craftsmanship, fair pricing, and genuine compassion shown throughout the experience. Providers like Dr. Hook and Jeannie are incredibly valuable to seniors in Brevard County, especially those without insurance. My mom has her smile back, and that means everything.   DON'T GO TO SEE "Dr. Hook". I went there just for a consultation. Literally within minutes he just patted me on my head ,with a condescending smile, & sent me on my way. I was willing and able to pay cash for dentures, & he still didn't want to take the time,or wanted to be bothered. I'm not sure if it was a race thing or not but, he could care less 🤷 🤔. If you have Insurance or willing to pay cash, I advise you to take your business elsewhere. He barely had anything to say,I even asked him for another recommendation, he just ,looked at me again 🙄 with that condescending smile, and said he didn't know of any other Dentist.! REALLY, this was a waste of my time & not to mention my gas . 👎👎👎👎👎

  I would recommend anyone to Dr Hook for dentures. His office staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Hook paid close attention to my needs and made a better set of dentures than I ever dreamed possible. They look great and work better than my real teeth ever did. Additionally he has sets of dentures priced for anyone’s needs. I can’t emphasize enough how great of an experience it has been. Thank you!

  The best experience I have ever had at any dental office! Very welcoming and interested in helping anyway possible. I would recommend going for a 100% free consultation to everyone looking for Dentures. Prices are affordable and Dr Hook is patient, knowledgeable, and very calming. This is by far the best option in Brevard!

  Dr Hook is a very honest and knowledgeable dentist in our area he does not even charge for initial consultation very experienced in his field and offers the best advice as per your dental needs and his office staff Jeannie is very welcoming as well and professional as well
