- TVtony VEEAug 1, 20251.0My wife was referred to this office by Healthfirst for a biopsy on july 24 called portor office on the 29 July no answer got through after a couple of attempts spoke to Nicole she said they had not received no referral from Health First on July 30 dropped of the copy myself they said they won’t be able to schedule me an appointment because the manager have to review it and she’s not in yet OK…. I called back for an update on Aug 1 Same person told me the same thing Is not in the system yet and she still hasn’t Review the referral so I can’t get a schedule date yet. Is the manager on vacation? No She just hasn’t reviewed it yet . Please stay away from this office
