- LDLauren DyttmerJul 26, 20235.0I cannot say enough positive about Elite hearing!!! Here on vacation visiting and the tubing on my BTE hearing aid broke. Called a few other local hearing aid dispensers and was very rudely told they had “no availability for any appointments”. Anna was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and gave me several options to fit our schedule. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by Anna and Kirra. Kirra took my hearing aid while I was speaking with the front staff. Also spoke with another employee (a man who’s name I didn’t catch I’m sorry!) who was just as kind and informative. Whole appointment took less than 10 minutes and I probably could’ve spent another 20 minutes just chatting :). Would absolutely 100% visit Elite Hearing Center in Melbourne again if needed. I am actually looking into a location near where I live after such an amazing experience here. Thank you!!!

The receptionist was very nice, she talked to me as if she had known me for years, and the audiologist was awesome, she answered all the questions that I had. I need to get my father in there to see about getting his hearing test done and get him new hearing aids. I highly recommend Elite Hearing Centers of America at Suntree/Viera.

We paid half of what we did 5 yrs ago at the ENT in Cocoa. The service is great and it was the best hearing test that I ever received after wearing aids for 20 yrs. I would highly recommend them.
