They offer a wide variety of classes throughout the day, the scheduling app makes it easy to manage your sessions, and the pricing is reasonable for what you get. I've seen real results after just a few weeks, and the front desk staff are consistently friendly and helpful. A particular shout-out to Alexis, who brings clear instruction, individual attention, and motivating yet gentle corrections to her classes. I highly recommend adding private sessions with her to supplement the group classes, as you'll get much more specific guidance tailored to your unique needs.
