The staff is friendly and on top of their game. The setup is awesome too. I could barely believe I was inside of a planet fitness.

I had the pleasure of talking to a wonderful lady named Polly, she explained all the membership plans available, and how easy it would be for me to cancel my membership if I ever decided I didn't want it anymore. I have been keeping a steady schedule, and everytime I go the staff are so wonderful, and friendly.

While I was there, a lady had come in and was yelling at the Manager. Like she was literally yelling inside the gym! It was insane! I couldn't believe the hostility. But I have to say the Manager handled herself with grace and tact during this hostile encounter. In fact, every interaction I had with the staff and the Manager at this location was beyond hospitable. They were all incredibly helpful and extremely nice and professional. I'm planning on moving back to the area this coming May, and I'll certainly be getting myself a Membership at this location. Out of all the Planet Fitness locations that I've been too, this one is by far one of the friendliest and the most helpful.
