  Im so upset about an experience I just had. I had an appointment at 1210pm. I didn’t have the lab paper but my doctor said they sent it electronically. When I got there, I was seen right away and didn’t have to wait. The lady then tells me they didn’t get the request so I need the paper. She said they close at 130 and if I come back soon that they’ll be able to help me. I found the paper and came back at 1240pm. The door of the building is not working and only opens if someone is coming out. I made it into the office at 1250pm. Then a lady comes and said they can’t help me. She said they just took the last appointment and even though I’m there before they close, they can’t help me. Even though it’s something that would be really fast. I’m really disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate especially since their door is broken. I wasted time when I got there the first time too. Not ever going back there.

  The service was fast, the staff was very kind, and they attended me quickly. When you complete the registration online, the check-in process is very efficient, and with an appointment, it’s even faster. Very good experience, I really liked it.

  My appointment was for 7:10AM, I checked in using the app on my phone from the parking lot and as soon as I entered the waiting room my name was called! Talk about efficient! It was worth making an appointment, there was a dozen other individuals waiting there that had not made appointments…… Not only did I get greeted by name and walked straight in, but I was met with smiles, pleasantries and some upbeat personalities - at 7 in the morning! How refreshing that was, and before I could blink an eye, my lab work was done and I was on my way out the door. Kudos Quest Diagnostics for making the process so easy and pleasant.

  Stacy Ann is the bomb! I had 3 days of blood draws for different tests...She was patient and very thorough. I am what is known as a "hard stick", but she had no issues getting a vein each day on the first try!

  I had a very pleasant experience with Sylvie. I was in and out for my appointment in less than 15 minutes, and the appointment went very smooth. I usually have trouble with blood draws, meaning I have to be poked more than once because people cannot find my veins, but Sylvie looked at one arm and did one stick in less than a minute. I would recommend her and this location.
