- SVstephanie verduraFeb 24, 20262.0Been going to your gym for over 10 years. It’s a shame how downhill it is now. Waiting on the new gym to open to leave. The bathrooms are disgusting and the equipment is broke for a long time. Very dusty and dirty. Dawn however is a pleasure to see in the mornings and watching her put away the weights while others are on the phone behind the desk and do absolutely nothing. Sad because we met a lot of nice gym friends but got to go.

I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account. On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional. The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.
