  Girl at Quest acted tired and uninterested, like she could not wait to leave. Handed me a small flimsy plastic cup with a flimsy top like what you get pop in at a gas station, only smaller and cheaper. I said this does not look like the hard plastic cups I have always used for a clean urine catch that is to be cultered and she assured me it is what they use. SO I went into the bathroom- no castille wipes, no saline wipes. I came out and asked for them. SHe handed me one of each. I went back in bathroom, read the directions on the cup whcih said 1 castille, 3 saline wipes and went back out and told here the directions said to do the 1 castile and 3 saline and I needed to get a clean sterile sample to have it cultured adn needed to do this right.. She sighed and went back and got more wipes. I went into the bathroom for the third time and then left the sample, having no faith it was the right cup or was going to be treated properly. YOu lost a customer- I no longer have any faith in your company and am telling my provider and others not to trust quest.

  It's easy and very efficient. One additional improvement would be to get in the text a reminder that a) I should not eat or drink alcohol before and b) that I also need to provide an urin sample
