  I'm from out of state, a snowbird. In the last 3 years, I've needed their care 3 times. Every time, they were quite friendly, caring, and took care of my issues. It was nice to schedule a check in time online. I'm very thankful they are there for people in need, and are good people!

  This was my first time there and I absolutely love the staff super friendly super down to earth. I felt like I was with friends instead of medical staff they made me feel extremely at ease. I highly recommend Main Street I went on a Sunday. It was super easy super relaxing got what I needed to get done. I’m definitely going back there. This is super convenient for me because I work from home Monday through Friday and it’s very hard for me to get in with my primary and I’ve heard really good things about this place, but give them a try. It’s a very, very worth it.

  Tried calling 3 different times. I don't wish to tell a damn machine about the reason I'm calling urgent care, that information is rather private. Tried reaching a person but got hung up on by said machine so many times I just found a different urgent care. Your system makes it impossible to call and reach a real person, something the MEDICAL field of all places shouldn't have issues with. A doctor's office is understandable, NOT an establishment that comes up when I Google search "emergency care near me"..this is a pathetic waste of whatever money y'all are allotted to make these system changes with. Fix it before you guys lose more than just one customer

  Tedious check in but after the wait we could not be correctly diagnosed, they gave an antibiotic shot which after 24 hours has done nothing (they claimed this was a fast working and great drug) They recorded incorrect information in the medical record, almost a lie as the info recorded was specifically deigned as a symptom that was present. I would not recommend going here, better off just using the internet and guessing yourself because that is all they did! This happened on March 22, 2026. Response: I will post here if and when a clinic manager contacts me about this. March 23, 2026.

  This clinic is absolutely incredible. I was completing my intake forms on the kiosk (super easy by the way) and a staff member heard my baby girl crying because she wanted mommy and is very sick. They asked if they could help in anyway while I completed my checkin and as a single mommy that simple gesture 😌 made me almost lose it at the front desk. It was so thoughtful and kind. Each and every person who cared for us was kind and patient and it truly was absolutely everything after the hard days we ALL have had caring for sick little ones. This is how the world 🌎 should operate with compassion and kindness. I want to personally thank the ladies who made this hard time so much easier on us! When leaving they said to me " Mom you have very well behaved kids and you are doing and amazing job!" The entire appointment took around 30 mins and thier meds sent immediately 🙃 If you find yourself needing an Urgent Care ....make the drive and go to MainStreet Family Care! Thank you again ladies for being amazing!!! ❤️
