  I had no wait. The lady was very pleasant, professional, & I didn't feel the needle. It would be nice to have coffee & juice since we have been fasting & are weak. We need something as a pickup before driving.

  I had an appointment for a drug screening from my doctor for my medication. I showed up 1/2 hr before already having to pee. I waited so long I knocked on the door for a cup of help since I was the next one on the screen with an appointment. The lady came to the door and told me to sit down and wait till I was called. I just had surgery not that long ago on my bladder and can not hold it. She cut me off and shut the door in my face. Another lady came to the door and called a guy who walked in no appointment so I said something to her about me in tears and in pain trying to hold in for over 45 minutes at this point. Finally they call my name and I'm already there. The lady was apologetic to me and gave me the test and then we couldn't find the order. They said they didn't receive it because they don't take orders electronically which is bs because I had my 3 month drug test done prior to that. Needless to say this whole thing was for nothing. Have to do it again after Monday. Definitely going to a different location.

  Appt was scheduled for 9:30. Arrived 10 minutes early. At 9:45 still not even acknowledged. The waiting room is packed. Terrible service. Someone needs to go to the Chipley service and get training. I left without getting test. They just told me there r 7 ahead of me.
