Went for a regular visit and was told that my insurance covered the entire visit but then when I am done with my visit they hit me with a random $39 fee and said that I had to pay it because it was for a retinal scan which nobody told me about while I was there or got my approval for but forced me to pay it. Most of the staff was nice but there was a huge language barrier so could not understand half of what was being said. Nowhere to sit at when you do finally get to sit down to do the first part of the exam. You are shuffling a chair in between three different machines in a tight space. Never going back, and I'm taking my prescription to another place to purchase my glasses

Excellent service, prompt and professional. A genuine personal interest is evident. Dr. H. Wong takes the time to listen to and explain things to his patients. Very pleased.

Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
