They kept telling me I was wrong and just didn't understand how insurance worked. The insurance company had to call them to tell them everything they told me was wrong. The insurance company told me they didnt even try to run my insurance and she had no clue what they were doing and why they were trying to collect so much money from me for fees the insurance covered.
