  I never leave bad reviews, but I received the call from Pearle vision 90 minutes before my appointment on a Saturday telling me that they double booked and they're canceling my appointment. I had my whole day planned around my appointment and had to rearrange everything last minute. They appear to be very poorly organized, and I won't be going there in the future.

  My experience at Pearle Vision was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and it immediately set the tone for the entire visit. The staff created an environment that felt welcoming, organized, and calm, which made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable. The eye exam itself was thorough and never felt rushed. The doctor took the time to explain each step, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the results. It was clear that they cared about both my eye health and my comfort, which is something I really value but don’t always find at other places. Choosing new frames was honestly the highlight. The team was incredibly patient and genuinely interested in helping me find something that fit my style, budget, and daily needs. They offered honest feedback, made helpful suggestions, and never pressured me into anything. I left feeling excited about my choice rather than overwhelmed such a refreshing change. What impressed me most was the level of personalized service. Every person I interacted with made me feel like more than just another customer walking through the door. They balanced friendliness and expertise perfectly, and it showed in all the small details: how they cleaned the frames before handing them over, how they checked the fit carefully, and how they made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Overall, Pearle Vision exceeded my expectations. I walked out with clearer vision, great new glasses, and the feeling that I had been genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for a positive, professional, and truly pleasant eye care experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision. I had a 1:00 PM appt and let them know ahead of time that I was running about 10mins late (according to GPS) due to heavy traffic. I arrived at 1:13 PM and was told by the front desk technician, Avril Ledezma, that because I was more than 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule. I offered to wait so that I wouldn’t disrupt their schedule and asked if there was anyway I could be seen later as they were able to fit me in between appointments. Avril, at the front desk, said she would check with the doctor, but came back and informed me that Dr. Alyssa Jones said she would not see me because it would “throw the schedule off for the rest of the day. ” What made this particularly frustrating was that the lobby was completely empty. There were no other patients waiting, not even anyone picking up glasses. I also explained that I was perfectly willing to wait 30–45 minutes or however long it took so I wouldn’t interfere with other appointments. They made no attempt to accommodate this or try to find another solution. They didn't even offer to help reschedule or let me know when there next openings would be. Ironically, during previous visits I’ve waited 20 minutes or more past my scheduled appointment time to be seen, yet they were unwilling to extend the same flexibility to a patient who was only a few minutes late due to circumstances outside their control. Overall, the lack of effort to accommodate a patient who tried to communicate ahead of time and was willing to wait was disappointing and felt very dismissive. Customer service and patient consideration were clearly not a priority during this visit.

  BEST optical in the area! I admit, I’m a rough customer but the staff and doctors always treat me right! Whether it’s my need for adjustments or all my questions about my prescription, they always have a smile and make me feel like I’m not bugging them. I’m a pearle customer for life! Thank you Alicia for treating me so kindly, I will bring my family for their visits

  Very Disappointing Experience I purchased high-end Tiffany frames from Pearle Vision expecting premium quality. Within less than a year, the frames fell apart and the lenses scratched badly— unacceptable for eyewear at this price point. The frame’s snapped when I dropped them indoors, the cheap plastic decorative edges fell off and the lenses scratched to a dysfunctional level. When I contacted the store while the product was still under warranty, I was told to contact Tiffany directly rather than receiving support through Pearle Vision. While the current staff were polite, there has been no real accountability for a product that clearly failed prematurely. For a company and brand positioned as reputable, both the quality and follow-through were far below expectations. I expected significantly better. I am now left with unusable frames and lenses.
