  Kudos to whomever was the Assistant helping at the Kiosk on 4/1 in the AM. She was super friendly to me and my Elderly Mother. I watched as She assisted other Elderly people with such grace and kindness. I also want to give a shout out to the friendly tech that drew my Mom's blood and showed her pictures of her Poochie. My Mom loved it!

  Quick and easy experience at Quest Diagnostics. There was barely any wait time, and the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Definitely one of the smoothest lab visits I’ve had.

  Booked an appointment for 11:00 AM and was told to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. Ended up waiting nearly an hour, only to be told my name was supposedly called 11 minutes prior—with no clear notification. At that point, I had to leave because I have a job and can’t afford to lose half my day sitting in a waiting room. Really disappointing experience. Respect for patients’ time should be a priority.

  Super easy to book and was in and out quickly. Lissette took great care drawing several vials and was friendly and courteous. No longer dread having to get bloodwork done when dealing with Quest.

  Was seen promptly. Had a short wait to get to a reclining chair. Recommend allowing a note when you schedule an appointment so staff know in advance.
