  Jackie was my technician. She was amazing. They always have a difficult time taking my blood but she was very proficient and it wasn't painful. She also went out of her way to get me the phone number of Lake Imaging . I would highly recommend Quest.

  My phlebotomist went out of her way to make my appointment as stress-free and painless as possible. I am a "hard stick" with elusive veins, but she got the job done on her first attempt (and with the cheerful assistance of another phlebotomist who helped change tubes and keep my blood flowing)

  From the online scheduling, to the one click check in from my phone, to the lovely "Good morning everyone" that each employee said first before calling our name, to the laughter we could hear from the waiting room, and the organization, speed and efficiency, the process was stellar! My phlebotomist, Janette, was sooooo good, getting my elusive veins the first time. Thank you for the name tags! My first visit was perfect and I'll go back in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!

  My 10 year old has been refusing to get blood work for over a year and the other ones that tried to get blood from him just weren’t friendly and so he would never do it. But when we came in this morning we got Latisha and she was amazing and was finally able to get his blood. She was amazing I highly recommend her if you have children that need blood done. And her pregnant helper was amazing also (I don’t know her name) but they were both awesome. Thank you both so much! 💘
