  Very good practice🥰🥰great manager and owner. Wonderful providers. I am a patient here and I’ve seen all providers. They’ve helped me with minor issues/ colds and major. The MAs are great 100% recommend for primary care.

  Wonderfully practice! The lady Monae at the front desk was very helpful! She did her best to help my mom i am very satisfied with this practice! Look forward to become a patient myself!

  The young lady who answered the phone has a horrible attitude. She answered the phone with an attitude and spoke to me as though I was an idiot. I was trying to check if my insurance was compatible with the MD I wanted to see and after taking all my personal information such as name, address, phone number and member ID of my insurance, she then told me she can't know if it's "active" unless I make an in-person appointment and then proceeded to hang up in my face. She didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment she just said "you can call us when you decide to make an appointment" and then hung up. Unnecessarily sassy and because of her, no, I will not be calling back to make an appointment. If the front desk staff is rude like that, I can't imagine how horrible the care of the doctors will be.

  My parents have both been going to St. Croix for 2 years now and we love it. The staff is so friendly and professional. The doctor actually spends time with the patients and listen to their concerns.
