I’ve been going to Stretch Lab Largo for almost two years and have seen tremendous improvements in my flexibility, range of motion, and overall reduction in muscle soreness. Gretchen is outstanding—she combines stretching with targeted massage, which has made a huge difference in my general well-being. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor each session to my needs truly set her apart. I look forward to every visit with her!

I’ve been going to Gretchen for over 2 years now and never felt better. She’s kind, knowledgeable and knows how to push me to my full potential. I’ve never felt more flexible in my life and my golf game is seeing the benefits. This is worth the investment!

Lost progress, inconsistent technique, and left injured. Update (Nov 8th, 2025): Since posting this review, I have made multiple written attempts to resolve this directly with the StretchLab Largo ownership, including submitting refund requests through the StretchLab corporate contact form and confirming a scheduled call with the Territory Owner. The call did not take place, and I have not received any response to my written requests. I have provided screenshots from my StretchLab client dashboard that clearly show my completed sessions at the Largo location. I will update this review if a resolution is reached. [Original review - August 2025 I came to StretchLab after making steady progress with assisted stretching at StretchZone in St. Pete. My goals were clearly stated from the outset: improve hamstring flexibility (a lifelong challenge) and maintain glute mobility following prior surgery. Unfortunately, after three months here I not only failed to make progress — I actually lost ground with my hamstring flexibility, despite no changes to my exercise or movement routine. I also never once felt an effective glute stretch until my final session. At that visit, the practitioner stood on the table and used her knee in my back to position me. While I did feel some stretch, I left injured, with back pain that lasted several days and limited both exercise and social activity. Assisted stretching should improve mobility safely over time. In my experience at this location, the technique was inconsistent, progress stalled, and the one time I did achieve a deeper stretch, it left me injured. For me, this was not a good investment. Edit (in response to Soosie’s comment): I completed ten sessions at the Largo StretchLab location between June and August 2025 — all logged under my name in your own system and all with the same Flexologist. I’ve added a screenshot from my customer portal to verify this. My review reflects those actual visits and is an honest account of both the progress I hoped for and what actually occurred. I understand that not all clients have the same goals or experiences, but I shared mine to help others make informed decisions. I hope this additional information is helpful to you as well. Thank you.
