First their computers were down, then the document they sent was password protected, they didn't know the password so they were supposed to send me a new document. They never did. I called back AGAIN, just for them to say sorry we're having problems with our computers, we'll send it now. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.

The check in process was easy and done via my phone, a few snaps of my ID and child’s insurance was needed and then we were called back quick (on a Sunday). They asked the right questions, performed pertinent tests with gentle respect to my child…they were empathetic.
