  I was sick on Easter Sunday, went to your site, scheduled an appointment all very easy! I arrived on time, doors locked and lights were off. I attempted to call was put on hold while the next available person would help me. I then tried the Clearwater office same thing but fortunately I called prior to making appt but same thing in a loop on the phone. I understand being closed for holidays but there should be something that indicates that. You shouldn’t be able to make an appointment, you shouldn’t be expecting to see someone when you arrive. This I thought was very unprofessional as a whole not just Largo office as a company.

  Very quick to attend to us but should have told us before treating that they could not care for my symptoms and sent us to the ER. They should have told us up front that chest pains need to be treated by ER not their urgent care

  Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a few different ones. Wait time was quick. Check in process was easy. Which says a lot for me as I am not tech savvy. Front desk gal very pleasant. Girl who checked me in was great too. And Dr who saw me was great again! Definitely 5 stars. Thank u

  I was in town for the weekend and had need of an Urgent Care. I easily made an early a.m. appointment, was seen promptly and enjoyed all my interactions with the very friendly staff. Because I was from out of state they made sure that any medical information could be shared with my doctor back home. I had two prescriptions called in to the local CVS promptly. Hopefully I won't need them again but if you're in the area and find yourself in need - I highly recommend this location.

  I went in after a car accident that happened last Tuesday. My ankle has been swollen and painful since then—visibly about twice its normal size. No one examined it. No hands-on check, nothing. They just said I’d need more X-rays and still sent me out with a “return to work tomorrow” note. Paid over $100 and felt completely dismissed. Not okay.
