  Today was my first visit, and I had the pleasure of seeing Zoey Francis, PA. She was exceptional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I truly appreciate the care she provided and am grateful to become a regular patient.

  My husband went in for a bump on the back of his neck. They spent 10 minutes with him and said it was a small cyst and drained it. They billed our insurance $869. We paid $273 AND they sent a 2nd bill for $90. They billed our credit card twice. We are still trying to get that credited back to us. They were rude and unprofessional. We will not return to this dermatologist.

  Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns. Furthermore she noticed my lips were chapped (chronic dry lips) and she recommended a OTC medicated chapstick which she also offered me samples of. 100% would return to the West Largo location :) Office was clean and the receptionist was friendly too.

  Respectful, friendly staff. I had their NP the last 2 times and she is very thorough and spent time to answer questions. Great dermatology office. Choose them! They have multiple locations too.
