  My back pain was so bad that it was painful to walk. I was walking bent over a cane. After 4 weeks with Dr Kristen’s adjustments and decompression and vibration therapy, I am finally walking. There’s a 90% decrease in my pain. I’m amazed at how much I have been helped. Update: after a decrease in pain, my pain began to leak back. The decline was due to the inflammatory arthritis ravaging my body. My chiropractic treatments relieved pain for a few days, but it came back. Finally, I investigated Stem Cell therapy and went to Panama to the Stem Cell Institute,which was the first clinic and is still the best. It is run by a doctor from Texas who realized the regulatory environment in the US was not going to allow the full scale of treatment that is possible. So he set up shop in Panama 20 years ago and is a leader in this therapy. Six weeks Stem Cell therapy, my constant pain level has gone from an eight down to a four. Chiropractic has helped with my recovery in aligning my spine and hips. I highly recommend family chiropractic and will keep going there on a weekly basis.
