  Don't bother. Trying to get help from this practice is fruitless. They needlessly cancel appointments with no explanation. Ashley Hall canceled my appointment without notifying me, and I showed up to find out she bailed on me. This practice will waste your time, not help you.

  WOW!!!! Tried to schedule an appointment, however, the intake specialist rejected me due to my reason for an appt./condition. Thanks for being so biased!

  I only gave this office 1 star because I had to. Read Dennis's review and my experience is EXACTLY the same, and i've been seeing Kovatch for about a year now. My brother WAS also a patient there before today. Left the office stating that I was not ok and neither the office staff or Kovatch gave a damn! Called the office just today and tried to have my anti-depressant refilled as well as schedule another appointment! I was told by his assistant Cheryl that i had to pay $100 for my last missed appt. before she could schedule another or even talk to Kovatch about refilling the current anti'deppressant i'm taking!! What?! I'm sure if anyone reading this has ever taken an anti-d before you know that it's not just something that you can just stop taking abruptly! I went up there upset with my $100 in hand since I could not see a doc or have meds until I did so. Happen to see Kovatch while going back and forth with his LYING assistant, and when I spoke to him and let him know the situation he says "well yes we will need the money but you can't be on them forever" (the meds). Upset that he was on his incompetent assistants side and clearly only cared about the money I told him forget it, and left with my $100! They'll be waiting for it! I refuse to give this place anymore of my money! They don't care about YOU at all! How is that helping my well-being? Now I am stuck with NO medication until I find another doctor! Total NEGLIGENCE on their part! If anything happens with me between now and then my family will be suing the brakes off of this place! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
