The staff were friendly; service was efficient and good. However, the waiting room was off-putting. There is no staff in the waiting room; when you get there, you have to sign in on a self-serve computer across the room, opposite the entrance door. I'd scheduled my appointment online, so I used the self-serve computer to sign in. (Make sure you have your driver's license. The computer asks for it; and instructs you to place it in the machine to scan the front and back of the ID.) The computer allows for walk-ins to sign up for service then or schedule for later time. There is a screen mounted high on the wall to the right of the entrance, which displays how many people are waiting and how many are being served at that moment. Staff opens a door to the left of the self-serve computer and calls the name of the next person to be served.
