In early January 2022, when they had still not opened, i cancelled as I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford the high membership fees every month and i worked two jobs so i wouldn't have the time to attend classes anyway. I cancelled via email thru Caroline Radcliff. Imagine my surprise when a charge was attempted in August 2022 for nearly $100! I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my card and also contacted Pure Barre again. They had no record of my cancellation. Furthermore, the location hadn't opened until July 2022, nearly a year after I had initially signed up! It doesn’t take 7 months to cancel a membership. Do not trust these people with your debit card information!
