  So glad I found this massage office. It's helped me so much. As an equestrian, I've been pretty hard on my body. Recently I got injured and they were able to reduce the swelling in my leg significantly. I didn't even know cold stones was something done and I've only ever had hot stones for my muscles and ligaments.

  I HIGHLY recommend Lakeland Medical Massage and ADRIANNA.. SHE IS THE BEST!! I have been struggling with “chronic” - lower back pain, iliac/pelvic pain, hip pain and muscular pain and structural issues since a fall I had in 2023, which also caused significant gait issues and a miserable, locked-up feeling and pain in my lower back, iliac/ pelvic, hip and more. I have been going once a week (60 minute sessions) of targeted medical massage and I have experienced a significant amount of relief. Adrianna expertly addressed my lower back issues/pain, iliac issues/pain, sacral/pelvic torsion and upslip and properly identifying the root causes. My mobility has improved dramatically and my pain levels have dropped significantly. Adrianna uses true medical massage techniques to work on the deep connective tissue, correcting my gait issues and relieving the tension and reducing pain and helping to increase mobility. If you are dealing with chronic lower back issues/pain, iliac/pelvic pain, SI joint dysfunctions and pain, gait and structural and mobility issues, and/or muscular issues, this is the place to go! Prior to going to Lakeland Medical Massage (seeing Adrianna) I saw other massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic doctors, Nurospinesurgeon’s, specialized strengthening and therapies and more and none was able to provide me much relief. It was not until I came to Lakeland Medical Massage (Adrianna) that I started experiencing relief. I highly recommend Adrianna!! She’s is very, very knowledgeable and professional and so amazing at what she does! She listens to you, and she understands complex anatomy and uses true medical massage techniques to work on the deep connective tissue, muscular misalignment and structural issues and more. I have also seen Natalie when Adrianna was not available and she was also very knowledgeable regarding spine, iliac/pelvic, sacral and gait issues as well and is amazing at what she does as well. I recommend her as well!.. I saw Jaqueline one time and she was great too. Overall this is an amazing Medical Massage practice that has highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable therapists. I HIGHLY recommend Lakeland Medical Massage!

  I bring my great uncle in every few weeks for medical massage he’s 96 and Tracy is so kind and caring with him She is wonderful I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of him The massage helps with keeping the blood circulation and all her other techniques help him recover from the old aches and pains from playing baseball, football and boxing for many years before and after his service in the army

  Book with Adrienna! She’s knowledgeable and thorough. I have had substantial muscular skeletal issues for years that have only worsened over time. I was in so much pain when I first started seeing her. Now, I’m slowly working through it all with her help, consistent stretching, and low impact strength training.
