This place has gone downhill sooooooooooooooo much since Dr. Yasrebi left a few years ago. Where do I begin. First off if I could give zero stars I would. My son is 8 years old and has been going there since he was a year old. He was born with a heart condition and they have known about it since his first appt. Get to his appt on Thursday and get told need a medical clearance from his heart doctor to see him, so they have to cancel his appointment. Are you kidding me????? He has been coming for 7 years, they were given one back in 2022 for crowns they did and just now mentioning about this being needed. The new dentist said well medical items changed a couple years ago and need a new clearance each year since 2023. Well why is it JUST NOW being mentioned to me when we get to his appt??? WHY WAS IT NOT MENTIONED TO ME ON TUESDAY WHEN CONFIRMING HIS APPT, WHEN I RESCHEULED LAST WEEK, OR EVEN ANY OF HIS PRIOR APPTS SINCE IT WAS FIRST REQUIRED??? As you can see I am livid about this and I hate this for my son. Yes he has a heart condition but that does not mean he can't have a teeth cleaning or be treated like a regular freaking kid like he has been at ALL prior appts.
Also my son has white coat issues because of a prior issue and it is noted on his file for them to not have one on when seeing him. A dentist came to look at his teeth in 2022 and had on a white coat. He immediately freaked out and the dentist had the nerve to say "You need to learn to control your child." I am sorry but if you read patient files correctly like YOU are supposed to do, we wouldn't have this issue. .
Another issue they will hold onto funds for years and then when calling multiple times because FSA requested insurance documents and found out they covered everything and should have paid nothing. The fill-ins were done in 2022 and find out June 2025 they held almost $180 that should have been given back to me a long time ago. When given a receipt I would ask why it stated there was fund and each time ohhh we are waiting on insurance claims to process. Took me three months of calling to find out they owed me almost $250.
So overall I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!
My daughter needed dental work done and I was told that we could decide what teeth we were comfortable with removing and putting crowns on since we just wanted minimal and only absolutely necessary teeth pulled and no crowns since she has almost entirely all baby teeth.
the day of when I show up at 6am at sedation, the doctor refused to treat her at all thinly veiled as telling us to “get a second opinion” when we got already multiple opinions from the different doctors at the last two appointments here for the same issue. This is all bec I didn’t green light him to pull teeth that weren’t issues to begin with. He even wanted to pull an unproblematic tooth that was due to fall out naturally in a few days just bec it was a baby tooth (and most of her baby teeth just because) AND he was going off old X-rays from last year when we were just there less than a month ago for the X-ray that was supposed to be used, so I don’t even trust that he wouldn’t have accidentally pulled one of her few permanent teeth she does have.

The staff is not helpful, they refused to try and assist figuring out my insurance and delayed my appointment with my 2 yr old by an hour.
The front office needs a cleaning as well as the back waiting area. The whole place seems dated.
The hygienist was not knowledgeable about handling my toddlers first time at the dentist.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and we had an amazing experience. She told me, “Mom, everyone was so nice.” The doctor was incredibly fast her procedure took about 30 minutes.
When she first came out she was crying from the anesthesia (which I know can affect everyone differently), but within a few minutes she was dancing and singing Bad Bunny. It definitely gave us a moment we’ll never forget!
We had a two-hour drive home and during the ride she laughed, cried, and I even got emotional too because I’ve never seen her like that before. She’s my baby, so it was a lot for a mom.
Thank you to the doctor and all the nurses for making her feel comfortable and taking such good care of her. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic service! Came here from Saint Petersburg with my 6 year old for sedation and tooth extraction. Front staff were extremely kind and smiling. Nurses were just amazing and helped my daughter face her fear of going into the back without me. Doctor/dentist was extremely kind and informative the entire time. Explained exactly what his plan was and then explained some changes he made after realizing some of the plan wasn't even needed. Anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing, asked many questions to ensure he got everything right during the procedure. Nurse informed me that he was talking to my daughter the entire time to keep her calm, and even talked to her about her favorite movie at the time, wicked.
This place helped clear all my anxiety and fears, as well as my daughters. I highly recommend this place for any teeth procedures needed for your child!
