- GRGabriel ReverskiMar 17, 20261.0Receptionist is very rude on the phone and in person, both on original visit and later phone calls (I'll explain the later calls momentarily). It is also very obvious that I am not the only one who has experienced the rudeness of all staff, based on other reviews, which I wish I looked at before coming here. My first visit, there was a lady in training, the co-worker beside her, is the individual answering calls. She is rude to both the new individual, the callers, even in front of customers. Doctor is late, he also jumps to conclusions, won't let you finish speaking, disregards ER or hospital documentation because, his exact quote "I'm the expert trained in this, not them." I went for a worker's comp claim. Back in November. Ever since they refuse to listen or cooperate, keep trying to bill me, or threaten collections. Despite countless and countless reminders it is workers comp, being given the workers comp information, being contacted by my workers comp insurance, and even being called personally by the agent handling my case, with me present to listen. They refuse to bill the correct individuals. I've gotten to the point of threatening legal action. If you have eye issues, or referrals, please avoid this place. You won't get quality care, doctor doesn't care, receptionist sure as hell doesn't care, and is just an old grumpy lady.
