  I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The ophthalmologist seemed young and inexperienced, and I didn’t feel confident in the care or explanations provided. Communication was poor throughout the visit, and the office manager was unhelpful when concerns were raised. Because of this, I had to seek a second opinion and ended up paying $400 out of pocket since my insurance had already been used. I would not recommend this practice.

  After I had cornea transplants in Michigan, I tried 3 different glasses prescriptions and none of them worked. My vision was blurry and I had some double vision. Dr. Falkner’s script is wonderful! I can finally see better. I’m very happy with the service at Eye Specialists and I highly recommend them !

  I am very happy I found them. I needed to be seen urgently and they worked me in the same day. Friendly staff and Dr Murry Falkner is a compassionate uplifting, knowledgable and thorough Doctor They really careand I didn´t get that at the other clinic I was seen at first

  Dr Faulkner and his tech are amazing. The eye glass specialist dept, not so much. I picked up my glasses Tuesday with little to no help. Get home and they are not transitioning in the sunlight like I ordered. I have been calling since Wednesday and no one picks up and the voicemail is full. Not so great customer care going on in the front of the building. Very disappointed. And for the price I paid for my glasses, I definitely would expect better.
