As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Miss Sanchez. She was so welcoming and professional and guided us through each step. She definitely made us confident in our decision. They stated that these go into your shoe and that I would see a change. Yes I seen a change with in two days my back was hurting so bad I was crying. I took them back and they gave me something else to try in my shoes. I was to put them into my shoes and not walk around but, just set. I would like to know how does something work if you just set there. I’m 74 years old and disabled and was hoping that they were right what they where telling me that they would work for me but, I found out they did not work and I couldn’t bring them back. How can you tell something’s going to work for you in the store in 45 minutes and if you bring them home you can not bring them back.

And squeezed I am 79 my wife is 74. I feel we were taken advantage of left the store owing Well Fargo credit over $4000.00 I filed a dispute but there no refund policy is no joke. So we were turned down on the dispute.WE PAID $510.00 per pair. I feel like the biggest fool in the world.

She listened to my issues, and asked all the right questions. I learned so much from what she was telling me. Then she proved it by conducting a few tests. I was never upsold, and not once mis-guided to believe that other issues were happening. I would recommend coming here only if you’re serious about correcting your feet issues. Why?
