However, three times I’ve spent hundreds on two to three pair of glasses each time and every time they have to be sent back for vision adjustment. This time they sent back and redid exam and there was slight difference. The girl at front with long blond hair argued with me on the placement measurement of the bifocal. Telling her the lady at the front center desk measured and even said it was wrong she still argued with me. After 15 min she decided to remeasure and I was correct as was the lady at center desk. The first measurement was wrong and that person sat there watching and never stepped up. No apology from either women. Two weeks later I just received them back and I still cannot see. HUNDREDS of dollars spent and can’t use them. When I left after sending back last time two of the women (one was original one who did measurements) were behind counter whispering and looking at me. When I left and turned around as my purse caught the door I saw them rolling their eyes. Not too professional. I’ve been more then patient and again the dr and Michael have always been very kind and done their best but this time between hundreds $$ wasted and being snickered at and treated snobby by the one long hair blond I’m not sure I will be going back. I’ve always been kind, never nasty, and have spoken kindly and even in texts with them told them have a good day or weekend. It’s not my fault whoever is making the lenses has it to where I cannot see. Someone please explain this to me.
