Bre was very welcoming when I stepped in the door with a warm smile and compassionate attitude. Provided easy to understand directions and made me feel at home. Chris was very professional, explained the ins and outs of the ear, obtained some background information and then performed my hearing test. He thoroughly explained the procedure, provided clear cut instructions for me to perform and thoroughly reviewed the results with me. He took his time and answered all my questions. He is very caring, friendly and compassionate. I would highly recommend reaching out to Chris and Bre for all of your hearing needs. I will return to this location for any other issues that surface down the road.
