  With support from the amazing staff I’ve lost 30 pounds since the beginning and kept it off. The team is very knowledgeable and the program includes a lot of new recipes that also covers my sweet tooth. I never felt it was difficult to lose the weight and maintain it and it has changed my eating habits and my life. I wish I could give more than five stars because it’s so well deserved.   I was going to the medi-weight loss in winter park when I lived in Orlando. I recently moved to the area and I was told by the employees in the winter park office that I could sign a release form and this location could request my records from them, and I could continue with my shots. I called this morning to make an apt and was told by the person who answered the phone, that this location is a franchise and not a corporate location like the one in winter park. So if I wanted to be a patient. I would have to start all over. From the beginning and pay the initial fee for the blood work, ekg etc etc. I have already paid well over $1,500. Now to be told I have to start all over again. Is ridiculous. It’s all about the money, why I am I not surprised. If you are looking to switch locations I would advise do research and make sure they aren’t trying to swindle you out of more money, when they don’t have to. Very disappointing. I will be telling my friends all about this. Completely unacceptable. The employees should know what they are telling their patients.
