As a first timer in LensCrafters was a great experience. My first time having to wear glasses. My experience was great. Everyone there are so nice and knowledgeable about your eyes. Turned out, I needed glasses and Lisa was wonderful shows me the difference between them all. She showed me the prices between all of it. From color to shapes, the color of the lines. Thank you so much for showing me the difference. Great customer service. Very friendly. This will be my place to go to. 😊😊😊😊

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to my appointment was at 12:40 PM. I called and said I’m stuck in an accident on I four the woman on the phone said OK I’ll let them know and we’ll see you when you get here. I arrive at 12:47 when I got there, the woman told me I’ll have to reschedule since I was seven minutes late after she told me that she would see me when I get there I would have turned around and went back home if she would’ve told me that over the phone when I called her to tell her I was going to be late. I asked if I could speak to her boss or whoever the manager was she said like I don’t really have a boss. Stupid doctors, stupid people at the front desk. You need to shut down. But thats ok I got a same day appointment at 4pm at Costco so who needs lens crafters anyway

As someone who has worn glasses since age 6 and has gone to MANY eye doctors, this is by far the worst experience I have had. I get to my appointment with Abuaita I guess, and was given a paper for eye dilation and the eye scan. I did not want my eyes dilated as I am driving myself, and I had the scan done a couple years back and did not want to spend the extra $35. The receptionist (wish I grabbed his name) essentially said you HAVE to do one or the other. I told him I have never had this issue at Americas Best, and he said well different practices. There is no way around this extra test. So unless you want to be forced to pay for an extra test, again I have gone to the eye doctors my entire life, then I would avoid this location by all means. I have never felt so forced to pay for something that wasn’t required. NEVER AGAIN. This place is clearly more interested in the money, than respecting the time and budget of their clients.

I was very pleased with my visit at this store. Dr. Brian was very professional, he explained every aspect of my eye exam in detail. I want to give a special thanks to Leilani, the sales associate. She was phenomenal! She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Her dedication and professionalism speaks volume for this store. I highly recommend a visit to this location. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of service we received.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
