Nowhere in the online site did it say we needed to pay $37 for a wellness check that is usually covered through the standard exam. Had to cancel both appointments since this is mandatory. Can I afford the extra $37? Yes. But it needs to be communicated BEFOREHAND because at the end of the day $37 can take care of other necessities.

My time is also important. Didn’t know I was going to spend most of my day off there. No sense of urgency at all, everyone is on their own time.

They were super helpful throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and really took their time to help me out. Since my original model was no longer available, they accommodated me with the newer version. They were patient, kind, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate their help.
