My daughter needed dental work done and I was told that we could decide what teeth we were comfortable with removing and putting crowns on since we just wanted minimal and only absolutely necessary teeth pulled and no crowns since she has almost entirely all baby teeth. the day of when I show up at 6am at sedation, the doctor refused to treat her at all thinly veiled as telling us to “get a second opinion” when we got already multiple opinions from the different doctors at the last two appointments here for the same issue. This is all bec I didn’t green light him to pull teeth that weren’t issues to begin with. He even wanted to pull an unproblematic tooth that was due to fall out naturally in a few days just bec it was a baby tooth (and most of her baby teeth just because) AND he was going off old X-rays from last year when we were just there less than a month ago for the X-ray that was supposed to be used, so I don’t even trust that he wouldn’t have accidentally pulled one of her few permanent teeth she does have.

The staff is not helpful, they refused to try and assist figuring out my insurance and delayed my appointment with my 2 yr old by an hour. The front office needs a cleaning as well as the back waiting area. The whole place seems dated. The hygienist was not knowledgeable about handling my toddlers first time at the dentist.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and we had an amazing experience. She told me, “Mom, everyone was so nice.” The doctor was incredibly fast her procedure took about 30 minutes. When she first came out she was crying from the anesthesia (which I know can affect everyone differently), but within a few minutes she was dancing and singing Bad Bunny. It definitely gave us a moment we’ll never forget! We had a two-hour drive home and during the ride she laughed, cried, and I even got emotional too because I’ve never seen her like that before. She’s my baby, so it was a lot for a mom. Thank you to the doctor and all the nurses for making her feel comfortable and taking such good care of her. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic service! Came here from Saint Petersburg with my 6 year old for sedation and tooth extraction. Front staff were extremely kind and smiling. Nurses were just amazing and helped my daughter face her fear of going into the back without me. Doctor/dentist was extremely kind and informative the entire time. Explained exactly what his plan was and then explained some changes he made after realizing some of the plan wasn't even needed. Anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing, asked many questions to ensure he got everything right during the procedure. Nurse informed me that he was talking to my daughter the entire time to keep her calm, and even talked to her about her favorite movie at the time, wicked. This place helped clear all my anxiety and fears, as well as my daughters. I highly recommend this place for any teeth procedures needed for your child!

I do not recommend. The dentist seemed cold, bothered & did not give any patience or raise an eyebrow about it being my 1yr olds 1st visit to a dentist. Fixed his fingers around my son’s mouth, was not trying to comfort him. We were just another paycheck to him my son ended up crying making his first visit a bad visit. The office staff also charged us $50 on top of our visit saying 5 of the 6 X-ray images were not covered. I left, called my insurance and they intact were covered. I called the office to left them know and I was told a manager would be looking into refunding me. I called back the next day and said manager is now saying the $50 was actually for a co pay. I called my insurance again. I do not have a copay. My visit should have been free. I have not been refunded. They also charged my insurance for procedures my children never received. I have let my insurance know I feel scammed.
