  Today marked my first visit to this dental office with my children for a routine check-up. While the staff exhibited professionalism, I found the experience unsatisfactory due to their system. We spent two hours at the office, during which we were shuffled between rooms multiple times. Additionally, the process for scheduling a follow-up appointment was frustratingly slow, leading me to leave without securing one after such a lengthy wait. To add to my disappointment, the office appeared unclean, which further diminished my confidence in their services.

  Not a fan of the long wait time, a lot of parents were complaining while sitting in there. Also don't like how crammed the seating is, having people's hair touch mine or my child's was so gross (thats how you catch head lice) and some coughing freely close range of others. Just really disgusting

  It doesn’t matter what time of day you schedule an appointment you will be here for hours. Every single time I’ve brought my kiddos they take over an hour to seat the first one. There excuse is well some appointments run into others. Well maybe you should schedule each patient a little extra time. There’s like 20+ families with kids in the waiting room. We have lives outside of appointments. Now if I was late I would have had to reschedule but they get to take their sweet time. Beyond pissed.

  This dental is a joke, my son had an emergency appointment here because his regular dental was close . We had an appointment at 1:30 and didn’t leave until 4:20, that’s the least of my issue because I wanted my son to get seen, they are so unorganized and have you going from here to there. Taking patient in before us as well just because we weren’t Hispanic from what it looks like. We were send to the desk from the back area 2x to pay and schedule appointments when we got there standing waiting for the front desk to help us they ignored us standing there and take patient who just walked in the front door, when I ask I was told to have a seat again someone will call me, I can’t just come to the front to schedule my follow up appointment which I was told by the back end to do. When I was finally called to schedule the follow up appointment I was sharing my concerns with the receptionist and I don’t think I will be back , she laugh and told me that’s fine. I was told Prescriptions was send to the pharmacy for my son , nothing was send to the pharmacy I had to call the office 2x before the prescription was send. This is my first time giving a bad review so you can tell how frustrating this office had me with my sick son.

  I would never recommend this place to anyone I have been going here for 9’years I don’t know why I waited this long to think about changing to a different location. This place each time I go wait times a ridiculous and the appt scheduling desk staff are very rude and have a stank attitude. I schedule early appts to be in and out as I have a job and responsibilities I arrive at 9am don’t get called back until 1015 and don’t leave until 1pm it’s just too much and they say oh we apologize we have to take our time to attend to patient. Funny thing is when I went to the back there are kids sitting in a wooden bench waiting while dental assistants sit and talk and laugh and nobody being attended to! Which I found absolutely outrageous! Please don’t go here I don’t recommend!
