They were great when my grandson went there. But the issue is anesthesia. Telling me I have to pay $300 when it's covered in full

My son went to his first appointment yesterday. March 26, 2026. They did xrays and teeth cleaning. Then they seen 2 teeth that needed to be cleaned out and re filled. So they came to waiting room let me know. Let me know what covered by insurance. I signed paperwork and they fixed his 2 teeth. The staff and dentist was very polite and patient.
Today marked my first visit to this dental office with my children for a routine check-up. While the staff exhibited professionalism, I found the experience unsatisfactory due to their system. We spent two hours at the office, during which we were shuffled between rooms multiple times. Additionally, the process for scheduling a follow-up appointment was frustratingly slow, leading me to leave without securing one after such a lengthy wait. To add to my disappointment, the office appeared unclean, which further diminished my confidence in their services.

Not a fan of the long wait time, a lot of parents were complaining while sitting in there. Also don't like how crammed the seating is, having people's hair touch mine or my child's was so gross (thats how you catch head lice) and some coughing freely close range of others. Just really disgusting
This dental is a joke, my son had an emergency appointment here because his regular dental was close . We had an appointment at 1:30 and didn’t leave until 4:20, that’s the least of my issue because I wanted my son to get seen, they are so unorganized and have you going from here to there. Taking patient in before us as well just because we weren’t Hispanic from what it looks like. We were send to the desk from the back area 2x to pay and schedule appointments when we got there standing waiting for the front desk to help us they ignored us standing there and take patient who just walked in the front door, when I ask I was told to have a seat again someone will call me, I can’t just come to the front to schedule my follow up appointment which I was told by the back end to do. When I was finally called to schedule the follow up appointment I was sharing my concerns with the receptionist and I don’t think I will be back , she laugh and told me that’s fine. I was told Prescriptions was send to the pharmacy for my son , nothing was send to the pharmacy I had to call the office 2x before the prescription was send. This is my first time giving a bad review so you can tell how frustrating this office had me with my sick son.
